Driving Directions
3Talkers meetings are held at
The Campus at Marlborough, the
Nashua River room in
building 4. It is an office complex located just West of I-495, between the Route 20 West exit and the Route 9 West exit off I-495.
From I-495 North, take Exit 23-C for Simarano Drive.
Follow the exit ramp towards the traffic light. Turn right just before the light. (Sign indicates Marlborough). The road goes up a hill. Just past the crest of the hill, look for the sign "The Campus at Marlborough" on your left hand side, but before another set of traffic lights, which is Forest Street. Turn left just before the sign, you will be on Campus Drive, formerly called 3Com Drive. Go straight up the hill, then follow either directions below.
*** /1/ Directions for meeting at the 3Com facility (bldg 2) ***
Take first left before the buildings, then first right onto 3Com main building (350 Campus Drive). Park in any available space. Sign in at the front desk.
*** /2/ Directions to the Nashua River conf. room (bldg 4) ***
(a) Pass the first left. You'll see a tall office building (100 Campus Drive) with the American flag (bldg 1). (b) Turn left into the parking area after the building. Park in any available space. (c) Building 1 entrance is at the left end of the building. (d) Once inside the building, walk straight ahead, through 2 sets of double doors. There will be an expresso bar and sitting area with TV on your right. (e) At the end of the corridor, take the flight of stairs to your left up to the second floor. (f) Once you're on the second floor, walk straight down to the end of the hallway, turn left. The toastmaster meeting is held in the "Nashua River" conference room. It is at the end of the corridor to your right, next to the cafeteria.
*** /3/ Directions to the STANFORD conf. room (bldg 4) ***
Follow the directions for Nashua (steps a-d) , then these steps below:
(e) At the end of the corridor, instead of going up the stairs to go to Nashua, pass the stairs and turn (1st) left. (f) The first room you see is Standford.
*** /4/ Directions to the CORNELL conf. room (bldg 4) ***
Follow the directions for Stanford c.r.
The Cornell c.r. is down the hall from the Stanford c.r.
